Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

Our hotel operation are filled with tasks that can cause harm to our employees. Job safety analysis is a procedure that can help keep our employees safe.

Safety of our employees should be a prime concern for the hotel and the reason for accidents can be divided into

People, Equipment and Process

Accidents can be prevented in people by training them, supervising them closely if still not trained and by making sure they are well rested to perform a task.

Equipment can and should be maintained in order to run safely. Special attention should be given to the various guards and safety features of the equipment. These should never be left unattended.

Some times our process also act as potential safety issue and we must ensure enough checks and balances in the system to check and correct any safety related issues that you encounter.

In the table below you will find JSA that you can print and train your team on. A copy of the JSA should be laminated and posted near the machine so that any new employee can also read and follow the safety process properly.
