The Room discrepancy report, depicts the status of the rooms in the hotel.
This report is made after conducting a physical check in all the rooms by the team members or the supervisor.
The check is done 2 times a day, by 9 am and by 6 pm. This is done so that we can find out if the guest is in the room and the correct pax is registered.
If there is any discrepancy in the registered number and the physical number, we will have to take action as per the company policy.
