The Supervisor Coaching Program
A tactical hands on 12 week coaching program, with Hoteltutor, for a limited number of people who want to kick start their journey into management. If you manage to get one of the 25 slots, here is what you will get in the program.

How It Works
The Supervisor Coaching program is challenging at the same time rewarding. The training is designed to give you information to succeed in your department. The 12 week program is divided into 5 weeks of coursework in your own department.
After these 5 weeks, you will learn about supporting department for the next few weeks.
During this time, you will also have live coaching where you will attend 9 workshops to build soft skills and management skills.
Every day you will receive a mail with the learning for the day. You just need to complete the learning for that day and then carry own with your work for the day.
With this daily work you will find that at the end of the 12 weeks you are better tuned to manage your department.
Who Should Enroll
Since this is a hands on coaching program, it is not for everyone.
- You should enroll if you have at least 18 months of work experience in any of the 4 operational departments in the hotel.
- If you can speak and communicate in English, since the course is delivered in English
