What is bussing?
Bussing means doing many tasks like clearance, setting up the station for ease of service, relaying the table, and getting food from the kitchen to the station holder.

Yes, you are. And let me tell you what you need to do to help your station holder.
The first task of the busser is to make sure that the side station is well stacked. You must check that you have enough napkins, cutlery, menu cards, condiments like ketchup etc.
Then you must keep the tables clean, and help the station holder.
You must bring the food from the kitchen, and give it to the server, clear the plates to the dish wash area, and clear and relay the tables once the guest goes so that the next guest can be seated.
