Check all the equipment the guest use, like the projector, screen, and telephones, to make sure they work. If something is not working, ask the engineering team to fix it immediately.
Check the Wi-Fi speed and change passwords if needed. Also, make sure you have a menu for food and beverages. This can help the hotel make more money during meetings. If you don’t have a menu, work with the chef and manager to plan one.
Besides the meeting room, the business centre might offer other services like printing boarding passes or photocopying. Make sure all the equipment works, and have a price list for these services ready to show guests when they ask. Also keep the place clean and dust free.
